Full Bloom emPOWERment Retreat

April 15 @ 10:00 am - 4:00 pm

Are you ready to bloom? Join us to learn about healthy boundaries, step into your power, and connect with invaluable community programs!

Want to finish off this spring semester in full bloom!?

On April 15, join us in the Shawkey dining room (upstairs in the Marshall Student Center) to learn what healthy boundaries look like and how to set your own, how to stand up for others, and learn how to defend yourself, in words and actions.

This event is open to all and lunch is provided at no cost to you! You will also have a great opportunity to learn about some invaluable support programs available in our community and connect with staff from Contact, Branches, and the MU Wellness Center.

Special guest speaker Linda Childers will present on the book POWER: A Woman’s Guide to Living Without Apology by Kemi Nekvapil. Learning where your power lies and how to harness it can help you shed fear and vulnerability and move forward with courage and purpose.

We are so excited to share this message of empowerment and get to know all of you! Can’t wait to see you there!
