We are seeking a talented individual to drive business development for our iGo Network product.

iGo Network is a national platform for booking home inspections. It is ideal for enterprises and institutional buyers of real estate, including investors, iBuyers, SFR companies, and property management companies who need a standardized inspection service with standardized pricing, integration with their systems, and flexible capacity to get inspections across multiple geographies. It is also ideal for real estate software companies who serve real estate agents across the country and need a single integration point to streamline the inspection process.

The business development manager is responsible for driving the sales effort for growth in this segment. Investing in developing relationships with key decision makers in the real estate investment industry, and by using a consultative sales approach, he or she will work to deliver partnerships with companies who will leverage iGo Network to meet their needs for inspections.


  • Prospect using digital/social tools and events to connect with decision makers and open new doors for opportunity
  • Establish genuine relationships and maintain connections with contacts over long sales cycles
  • Regular travel to industry events and in-person client meetings
  • Represent the company and brand with confidence and professionalism
  • Partner internally with service managers, marketing, finance, and leadership to develop and package offerings for clients, effectively onboard new clients, and share insights to inform the company’s strategy and messaging ongoing
  • Public speaking
  • Maintain reliable company records of all client and sales activity
  • Create plans for achieving goals, including the construction of internal systems as required to execute
  • Manage a budget, including business specific revenue and expenses
  • Responsibility for data-driven forecasting and regular reporting to executives on revenue projections
  • Introduce and qualify opportunities for new products, new business models, new organizational approaches for gaining traction and achieving business and customer results
  • Direct market segmentation and sales approaches for prioritizing and maximizing success within all segments.
  • Partner closely with marketing to develop and leverage marketing activities to drive short and long term sales results, including the development and refinement of pitch materials
  • Invest in continual development of industry knowledge, product and service knowledge, and relevant subject matter expertise

  • At least 5 years in sales or business development with a solid track record of delivering results
  • Real estate related experience is a must, preferably including direct experience with or in the SFR or real estate investment industry
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, preferably in technology
