Clinical Site Supervisor

Looking for a Clinical Site Supervisor to supervise both our Wheeling and New Martinsville office locations!

YOUR ROLE:

The Clinical Supervisor’s primary role and responsibility is to ensure services and support provided are of highest quality, in accordance with agency standards, values and mission and maintain trauma informed service model fidelity. In addition, the Clinical Supervisor provides therapeutic behavioral and support services to a small caseload of clients based on assessment of their individual needs according to their treatment plan and diagnosis.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’s degree from accredited counseling or social work program
• Current WV licensure in the respective fields (LPC, LICSW or higher)
• A minimum of three (3) years experience with at-risk families
• Supervisory experience
• Required to pass a background/CPS check and drug screen

 SALARY:

Pay: $57,000 to $68,000 per year based upon licensure and experience.
