Job Summary

The Digital CX (Constituent Experience) Solutions Specialist responsibilities are to be the primary facilitator and security specialist for all digital constituent facing solutions.  This position is designed to represent the Foundation’s constituents to ensure they have an optimal digital experience, and their security and privacy is properly supported. This position will also serve as the liaison between various Foundation groups interacting digitally with constituents and technical staff, vendors, and security/compliance representatives.

Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Digital constituent experience responsibilities:
    • Primary facilitator and support for all e-commerce solutions:
      • Online giving
      • Peer-to-peer functionality
      • Day of giving
      • Crowdfunding
      • Event support
    • Participate in the design, development and implementation of new constituent facing solutions.
    • Support the development of related training material and change management communications.
    • Primary contact/facilitator for vendor partnerships for solutions that pertain to constituent facing solutions.
    • Support communications and stewardship donor facing solutions (Thank view, Odder, BBIS, etc.)
    • Develop and support constituent facing surveys.
    • Support and participate in the development and utilization of constituent facing data collection solutions.
    • Participate in the configuration and utilization of Google Analytics where appropriate.
  1. Cybersecurity related responsibilities:
    • Be a key member of the Information Security Team.
    • Have regular collaboration and aid the Director of Digital Transformation Security on all matters pertaining to security, risk, privacy, and compliancy for all constituent facing solutions.
    • Primary facilitator on vendor relationship to ensure all appropriate security and agreed upon standards are met.
    • Participate in the evaluation process of new vendors and solutions that will directly interact with constituents.
    • Participate in evolving and maintaining the business continuity and disaster recovery plan as it pertains of primary area of focus.
    • Provide backup for the Director of Digital Transformation Security as needed and provide coverage during periods of absence.

Qualifications

Technical Skills – Strong level of understanding of:

  1. IT security and security in a cloud-based environment.
  2. Communication and messaging technologies.
  3. Help desk and end user support methodologies.
  4. Various compliance requirements such as but not limited to:
    • System and Organization Controls (SOC) reporting options
    • Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS)
    • HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act -medical information).
  5. Vendor partnership to fully utilize their solutions and support.
  6. Technical concepts and how to convey them to end users.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or related field and 2 to 4 years of experience or combination of education and experience. Master’s degree or relevant professional certification preferred.
