Job Responsibilities
- Customer Service (Retail & Ecommerce):
Deliver outstanding service in our brick-and-mortar store and online platform.
- Retail Associate:
Oversee daily operations and ensure a seamless in-store experience.
- Women’s Apparel & Accessories:
Contribute to the development and refinement of our women’s product lines.
- Inventory & Merchandising:
Manage inventory—including merchandise and supplies—for both ecommerce and
physical locations, and assist with visual merchandising initiatives.
- Ecommerce Fulfillment:
Assist with coordinating order processing, packaging, and shipping to guarantee timely
and accurate delivery.
- AI Integration:
Utilize basic AI tools to streamline systems and enhance daily workflows. Stay ahead by
integrating evolving AI tools into your routine.
- General Operations:
Wear multiple hats in our agile team, taking on diverse tasks that keep our ship sailing.
Experience & Skills
- Hospitality Background:
At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry (e.g., as a waiter/waitress, raft
guide, ski instructor). Your experience should highlight strong interpersonal skills,
adaptability, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Local Knowledge:
Familiarity with local trails, attractions, dining, and hidden gems is a plus. If you don’t
have this knowledge, you must be willing to learn—as many of our guests rely on our
store for local insights and recommendations.
- Retail Experience:
Previous retail sales experience is a plus—but not required.
- Technical Proficiency:
Comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), POS systems, and social media
platforms.
- Passion for the Outdoors:
A genuine enthusiasm for activities such as skiing, snowboarding, fly fishing, mountain
biking, hiking, camping, and music. A strong interest in several of these activities is
essential, and a passion in one or more is a bonus.
- Growth Mindset:
A willingness to learn new skills and grow both personally and professionally.
Pay and Benefits
- Hourly Rate/Starting Pay: $18-$23 per hour, depending on experience
- Position: Full Time / Year Round
- Leave: Paid vacation and sick leave available after 90 days (vacation time off subject to
seasonal scheduling for our brick-and-mortar operations)
- Weekends Are Required
