PerfectHire
Do you hate applying for jobs? Feel frustrated and demoralized when you spend time tweaking your resume for a role, only to never hear back? Be a part of the change you want to see in the world and come work for PerfectHire!
We’re re-imagining what the future of Applicant Tracking Systems (the platforms that companies use to manage applications) looks like and we need your help! We are growing our engineering team and are seeking creative and industrious people to join our seed stage startup. Work is fast paced with minimal administrative or bureaucratic work; candidates who can envision a solution to a problem and go build it will thrive in our fun but slightly chaotic environment.
Employees have described working with us as follows:
“Best job I’ve ever had. Can I get my tab key back now?”
-frontend developer
“The trust to decide how to solve problems makes everyday interesting. That being said, I decided to migrate us to AWS at around 1am and this Terraform needs my attention.”
-engineering lead
“Dude please go away, I’m watching hockey.”
-sales rep
Bottom line, come work for us and build cool stuff that makes other people getting hired easier. You’ll get a lot of face time with customers, play with cool tech, and make a medium positive impact in the world.
As an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer, you keep the lights on so everyone else can pretend the lights just stay on by themselves. Build and maintain the cloud infrastructure that makes PerfectHire actually, you know, work. You’ll automate deployments, monitor systems, and occasionally explain to the team why we can’t just “spin up another server real quick.” Ideal candidates find joy in YAML files and have made peace with being paged at inconvenient times.
