Job description:

This is a full-time role for an Insurance Sales Agent / Producer located in Morgantown, WV.

Responsibilities:

• Promote sale of insurance programs to individuals and businesses
• Calls on new and current customers to customize insurance plans.
• Develops marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies
• Advises and counsels clients on options and programs
• Customize insurance programs to meet clients’ needs 
• Calculates premiums and compares carriers and their products / services

Qualifications:

• Insurance Sales and Sales skills (Preferred)
• Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of insurance industry
• Ability to Generate Leads / Prospect
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the insurance field is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
