Job Title: Senior Administrator

Summary:

In this role, you will support site leadership and the human resource functions. You will also provide occasional support to business/function partners located at the site and/or visitors to the site. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Operations.

The Friendly, WV location is a chemical manufacturing site with functions including chemical operations, maintenance, warehousing, utility operations (including environmental controls), laboratory analysis, technology, and administrative/business functions.

Please note that this role requires onsite presence five days per week, Monday through Friday

Responsibilities Include:

• Act as lead administrator and support to the Site Leader & other Senior Leaders as required.
• Arranging all aspects of company travel including visas, accommodation, transportation as required for employees, visitors, customers & auditors.
• Lead planning, coordination, and execution of visits and staff trainings. Assuring visitors are fully supported and delighted to visit Sistersville.
• Greeting guests & visitors and signing them in. Preparing for company events
• Day to day administration of site and assigned business needs with input and assistance from senior managers
• Manage third party facility management, including contract cleaners, vending machines, office equipment & clothing suppliers.
• Purchasing office consumables and proactively addressing needs for effect operations.
• Liaising with different internal departments & supporting the administrative needs of the business. Including travel scheduling, Travel and Expense report preparations. P card controllership and reconciliation.
• Managing the Site Branding and liaising to ensure the company brand is correctly applied to the Momentive and the Sistersville site.
• Act as office lead for site administration building, with support of site leader managing expectations on housekeeping, upkeep, and employee culture
• Work on projects as required with the Site Leader
• May require occasional work outside of normal business hours and limited travel to support team and business events

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• 5 years’ experience in Office Administration
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Packages
• Ability to prepare and draft clear communications
• Communication and organization skills and have the ability to work at pace
• Excels in teamwork – must be able to work independently, appropriately acting on the behalf of the site leader in the area of visits and training.
• Ability to handle information both verbal and written in strict confidence

The following are preferred qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting senior leaders and office management
• Demonstrated ability to organize and execute business events
• Prior experience developing business presentations

Base Pay Range: $25 – $36
