- Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year (negotiable dependent on experience) with opportunity for bonuses based on individual performance and overall firm profitability

Primary Responsibilities
- Design Excellence: Develop compelling conceptual designs and effectively communicate ideas through sketches and renderings.
- Technical Expertise: Produce detailed, coordinated construction documents that align with regulatory requirements, including NFPA, IBC, ADAAG and FGI Guidelines.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with consulting engineers and work closely with clients, the design team, and construction team to bring projects to life.
- Project Management: Establish schedules, meet deadlines, coordinate a team and ensure seamless project execution.
- Construction Administration: Conduct field visits and oversee construction progress with precision and care.
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited institution (Required).
- 5-10 years of professional experience, including 3 years of Revit experience (Required).
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Huntington, WV 25701 work in person.
Your Skills & Expertise
- Proficiency in software such as Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical design skills.

- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and commitment to efficiency and quality.
Bonus Skills: Healthcare design experience, CSI specification writing
