Momentive’s Sistersville, WV site is seeking a Site People Operations Leader to drive people strategy, employee experience, and workforce effectiveness across a 400-employee manufacturing facility—including a represented workforce.
In this role, you’ll serve as the strategic HR partner to the Site Leader, guiding leaders, supporting employees, and ensuring strong alignment between HR practices and business goals.

What You’ll Do
- Partner with site leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support operational excellence and workforce engagement
- Lead employee relations, labor relations, and collective bargaining processes
- Provide coaching and development support to exempt staff and frontline leaders
- Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and policy administration
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, labor agreements, and company standards
- Drive culture, communication, and positive employee relations initiatives across the site
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including manufacturing or industrial exposure
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience in labor relations and working with unionized workforces preferred
- Master’s degree in Labor/Industrial Relations is a plus

What We Offer
Base Pay Range: $95,500 – $139,700
The actual salary offered is determined by factors including but not limited to education, experience, skill sets, and geography. Local geographic pay differentials may not be reflected in the above pay range and will be discussed with you by a member of the HR team when applicable. Additionally, this role is eligible for incentive or sales variable compensation payments. The amount of these incentives is based on the terms of the Company’s incentive plans, the Company’s financial performance, and/or individual employee job performance.
