Tech Express Project Manager – Want to help build promising career pathways in technology for our

create tech career pathways that help young people stay and thrive in West Virginia. High Rocks is
seeking a Project Manager our Tech Express program, located in Lewisburg, WV. Tech Express is a
social enterprise aimed at addressing the computer diagnostic and repair needs of southern West
Virginia while providing essential personal and professional development for AmeriCorps members
and youth participants serving and working within the program.
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing project and business management, fostering
community and industry engagement, optimizing operations within Tech Express, mentoring and
teaching young people, building partnerships including with colleges and employers, expanding the
customer base, ensuring quality control and compliance, managing deliverables and expenditures,
and overseeing both the daily operations and long-term strategic vision of Tech Express. Our goal is to
build a thriving pilot program for IT, Computer Science, and Cybersecurity career pathways in West
Virginia and a resource for community digital literacy and support.

The High Rocks team is dynamic and inspiring; team members work together to achieve great results,

that we can provide our programs free-of-charge to young people in West Virginia.
Salary: $40,000 – $59,000, commensurate with education and experience. If your qualifications fall
outside of this range but you believe you would be a strong fit for the role, we encourage you to
