NewForce is a six-month, full-time commitment. We’re committed to training you and connecting you with employers– we want to see that you’re willing to put in some time and effort to help us get to know you! The more information you can give us, the more likely we are to catch something that we think will make you a great software developer. Your answers don’t have to be perfectly written! Just give us as much detail as you can. 

• You’re good at working on a team
• You’re good at problem solving 
• You’re good at teaching yourself new things
• You’re motivated to start a career in the tech industry

You don’t need to have all of these qualities, but if you have any of them please find a way to include them in your answers. 

• We’re not worried if your answers are perfectly written. Spelling and grammar don’t count against you!
• We’re not worried if you don’t have any experience with coding.

We read every application carefully. If we see at least one or two of the qualities we listed above, we’ll email you and invite you in for a virtual interview. In the email invite, you’ll get a brief run-down of what we’ll be asking and some tips to prepare so you can put your best foot forward.
