As West Virginia strives to build the kinds of communities and create the types of jobs that attract and retain young talent, our actions must be informed by an understanding of the priorities, motivations, and needs of the next generation. One of the ways that we fulfill our mission is to gather the collective, nuanced perspectives of young West Virginians and ensure those perspectives are a part of local, state, and national conversations.
