Join us at Morgan’s Grove Park for a Mantra bead workshop. Participants will make their own mini mantra beads and learn teachniques for dealing with intrusive thoughts or troubling emotions. Enjoy connecting with others in a natural space. $25 suggested donation which covers materials. *individuals are welcome to attend without making mantra beads*
