POSITION SUMMARY
Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances. Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries. Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.

Upon Hire—West Virginia State Driver’s License.
Skills and Abilities
The individual must possess thorough knowledge of accounting procedures. Must have the ability to make responsible decisions in accordance with established policies. Must be accurate, efficient, dependable, tactful and must be able to get along with others. Must be able to use accounting, spreadsheet and word processing software. Must have the ability to carry out complex oral and written instruction.

The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, and sit throughout the workday; use hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls; be able to talk and hear; reach with hands and arms; and lift, stoop and kneel.

Other Requirements:
Must pass pre-employment drug testing and submit to periodic testing required by applicable laws. Must pass ten-year criminal history background check as required by the Transportation Security Administration. Must pass recurring SIDA training.
