Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect to join our team. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, construction management, and possess excellent technical skills.
Duties:
- Develop architectural designs and plans using Revit, Enscape, and Bluebeam
- Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Conduct site visits to assess project feasibility and gather relevant information
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure smooth project execution
- Oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design specifications
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (for all positions except Student Intern)
- Proven experience working in architectural field
- Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, and other relevant software
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Excellent design skills with attention to detail
- Ability to draft accurate and comprehensive architectural drawings
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and project management processes
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be able to provide documentation to show authorization to work in the United States
