The Assistant Event Manager is an integral part of executing all events that take place on our grounds. The Assistant Event Manager works closely with the Event Manager to aid in all aspects of event planning.
The responsibilities of the Assistant Event Manager include but are not limited to
- Communicating with Clientele
- Booking and Managing the Event Calendar
- Office Management
- Venue Tours for Clientele
- Historic and Production Tours for Guests
- Helping Customers and Guests Navigate Shop Merchandise
- Keeping and Maintaining Needs of the Grounds
- Moving, Setting and Breaking Down of Event Equipment
- Maintaining Event Equipment
