Job Summary
DAI Developers is looking to add new team members to our rapidly growing construction and electrical team. Experience is not necessary, but preferred. Pay will be based on experience. We do all aspects of construction and are searching for someone reliable, eager to learn, and ready to grow with us.
Duties
- Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made from wood.
- Perform masonry work as needed to support construction projects.
- Engage in metal stud framing for interior partitions and ceilings.
- Execute remodeling tasks, including kitchen and bathroom renovations.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution.
- Operate CNC machinery for precision cutting of materials.
- Install roofing systems and perform necessary repairs to ensure structural integrity.
- Utilize power tools safely and effectively to complete tasks efficiently.
- Carry out trim carpentry work, including the installation of moldings, baseboards, and cabinetry.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
Experience
- Proven experience as a carpenter or laborer in the construction or restoration industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with masonry techniques and metal stud framing is advantageous.
- Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately is essential.
- Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively is required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for travel between job sites.

Pay: $36,000.00 – $54,080.00 per year
