We are seeking an energetic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on web and digital media to join our dynamic and growing marketing team. This position is ideal for a candidate with a few years of professional experience who enjoys working behind the scenes on digital platforms, developing content, and helping to bring our brand to life online.

As a key team player, you will support website updates, digital campaigns, and social media initiatives across a variety of markets and services. You’ll collaborate with designers, proposal writers, and technical staff to ensure our online presence reflects the quality and innovation of our work. While the primary focus is digital, this role also offers variety—you’ll occasionally contribute to broader marketing efforts and should enjoy multitasking and jumping in where needed.

In this role, you will be asked to:

• Update and maintain corporate and project websites using a variety of CMS platforms, including WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, and others
• Support the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns and social media strategies
• Draft and edit written content for digital platforms, including blog posts, service pages, project highlights, and social media copy
• Assist with analytics tracking and reporting for website and social channels
• Collaborate with team members on digital advertising, SEO, and email marketing efforts
• Help ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials
• Organize and update digital assets, image libraries, and content repositories
• Support additional marketing activities as needed, such as events, presentations, or internal communications
• Stay current on digital trends, tools, and best practices relevant to A/E/C marketing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
• 2+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, website management, or content creation
• Experience with website CMS platforms such as WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or similar
• Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and scheduling tools
• Strong writing and proofreading skills with an eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva a plus
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar tools is a bonus
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment
