Nature of Work
This position serves as the Crossroads Management Information System Division Director supervising HelpDesk Analysts responsible for technical assistance to Office of Nutrition Services (ONS) personnel and grantees statewide. This ONS leadership team position ensures competency and technical skills of all personnel testing, documenting, developing and building the data collection and reporting systems for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants and Children (WIC). Serves as the WV Subject Matter Expert within a multi-state consortium of a USDA State Agency Model (SAM) project. Completes the annual Implementation Advanced Planning Document and Statement of Work for the Crossroads Usersgroup Product Management Office (PMO) serving Alabama, Rhode Island, Virginia and West Virginia WIC Programs as well as oversees the contract of the PMO including application and reporting of the USDA SAM grant. Point of contact for MIS, OT, contractors and federal partners for hardware, software and infrastructure specifications, acquisition and installation to run WIC clinics. Represents ONS in state, federal and national workgroups. Position requires in-state and out-of-state travel.

Minimum Qualifications
