The Opportunity
This is not a “smile and dial” role. This is a launchpad. You’ll be the tip of the spear in our go-to-market efforts, learning how we help clients across industries—from law firms to manufacturers—get the most from their technology. You’ll identify qualified leads, open conversations with decision-makers, and set the stage for the Account Executive to close new Managed Services deals. If you excel here, you’ll have a clear path to becoming an Account Executive within 18 months.

What You’ll Do

  • Research and prospect new leads in target verticals using LinkedIn, HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other tools
  • Craft thoughtful outreach sequences that start meaningful conversations—not spam
  • Book qualified meetings for the Account Executive by uncovering pain points and identifying fit
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns and events to generate pipeline
  • Log activity and maintain CRM hygiene to help us improve what’s working
  • Learn the MSP world inside and out, including co-managed IT, cybersecurity, and automation offerings
  • Receive coaching and feedback designed to accelerate your development toward a closing role

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter with a bias for action and ownership—no one’s going to hold your hand here
  • Strong communicator—especially in writing—with a nose for relevance and timing
  • Coachable, hungry, and humble—comfortable with both success and rejection
  • Curious about how technology impacts business, especially for SMBs

Nice to Have

  • Experience in outbound sales or appointment setting
  • Familiarity with MSPs, B2B technology, or professional services
  • Comfort using tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar

This role is designed as a launching pad. Our goal is to promote from within, and we’ll support high performers in developing the skills, context, and confidence to take the next step into an Account Executive role—or another path within Netranom.

Salary: $65,000-$75,000 OTE ($45,000 Base + $20,000-$30,000 commission)
