Job Description
Nazareth Farm staff members live in an intentional community inspired by the Gospel and the four cornerstones. They are the people ensuring that homeowners receive home repairs, volunteer grow in faith, and the Farm property continues to provide retreat for others.
This is a full-time position with a minimum one-year commitment with the opportunity to extend employment. Staff member benefits and compensation include housing, meals, health insurance (medical, dental, and vision), monthly stipend, student loan repayment options, professional development, mentoring, and memories you won’t soon forget! We require staff members to be at least 21 years of age.
We accept applications at any time and will review applications on a rolling basis. Once your application and references are received, you will be contacted for a phone interview. After the phone interview, applicants may be invited to Nazareth Farm for a weeklong, in-person interview.

Financial Arrangements:
Program provides room, board, $150 a month stipend, work gear stipend, travel bonus, medical insurance, retreats, professional development, and $200 per month loan stipend
Training:
Orientation for new volunteers provided on site, safety training provided, construction skills learned throughout the service. Training on Appalachian culture, Catholic Social Teaching and local issues provided. Any questions can be emailed to nazarethfarm@gmail.com
