Before expanding into data analytics work, Kyle spent many years overseeing survey data collection and contact center operations, training teams and developing reference materials, providing alignment and technical assistance to thousands of research interviewers, and coordinating projects for government, academic, and private clients such as the CDC, Department of Veterans Affairs, Columbia University, and The Washington Post. His work has spanned quality assurance, cross-functional collaboration, performance analysis, and guiding project teams through fast-moving, metrics-driven environments.
Kyle brings a blend of analytical curiosity, technical growth, and collaborative energy to every project. He’s passionate about meaningful public-impact work, learning new tools, and helping organizations make evidence-based decisions. Outside of analytics, he’s a full-stack web developer and creator of Hearthy, a community-centered platform celebrating food, gardening, and culture.
