Lena is a WV native and WVU Industrial Engineering alumna who joins Cohort-10 with 8 years of experience between warehouse operations management and program management at Amazon. She is passionate about leadership and problem solving and has led large scale teams upwards of 200+ directs along with facilitating projects and initiatives across various stakeholder groups. She has recently returned to the Mountain state and enjoys snowboarding, mountain biking, and hiking with her bernedoodle, Gunther. She is excited about reconnecting with the local community and seeks to use her career background and NewForce skills to help grow West Virginia.
