I’m an experienced Administrative Secretary II in the healthcare field, where I support clinical teams through patient coordination, medical documentation, and administrative oversight. A significant part of my role involves working closely with insurance processes, where I’ve seen how denials, delays, and unclear policies can directly affect patient access to care.

To better address these challenges, I’m currently enrolled in NewForce by Generation WV. A full-time intensive data analytics training program. I’m building practical skills in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, and Python to analyze healthcare data more effectively and advocate for improvements in insurance workflows and patient outcomes.

My goal is to bridge the gap between frontline healthcare and data-driven solutions. I’m passionate about using analytics to identify patterns in insurance denials, improve administrative efficiency, and ultimately help patients receive the timely care they deserve.
