Campus to Career Initiative
The Campus to Career Initiative partners with West Virginia colleges and universities to provide career support for upcoming and recent graduates—helping them refine job search skills and connect with in-state opportunities.
Connecting graduates to jobs
West Virginia colleges and universities sometimes struggle to find the resources to provide individualized career services to every student. Our pilot program fills that gap—helping graduates gain the skills they need to secure jobs in West Virginia and preventing talent from leaving the state.
"82% of graduates who receive career coaching feel more prepared to enter the workforce."
