Before joining NewForce, he built a diverse professional background in customer service, sales, and education—selling suits, working as a barista, and even enjoying a fulfilling career as a professional dance instructor. His varied experiences have shaped his well-rounded skill set, blending creativity, communication, and a deep understanding of learning and development.
As the Lead Instructor at NewForce, Tommy oversees the instruction team and plays a key role in guiding students through their training. His leadership ensures that students gain the technical knowledge and confidence needed to transition into high-demand careers.
For Tommy, the most fulfilling part of his work is witnessing students grow, secure meaningful careers, and achieve their goals. Seeing their hard work pay off and knowing he played a role in their success is what drives his passion for teaching.
Outside of work, Tommy enjoys cooking, golfing, DJing, and spending time with friends and family.
