Jennifer Taylor is the Director of Development at Generation West Virginia, where she works to strengthen philanthropic partnerships that expand opportunities for young people across the Mountain State. She brings years of nonprofit leadership and fundraising experience, with a focus on cultivating relationships, securing resources, and creating pathways for impact.
Jennifer has built her career in the nonprofit sector and is dedicated to advancing West Virginia’s future through collaboration and investment. She lives in Wheeling with her husband, their twin sons, and their dog Ember. She is also the proud mother of two adult daughters who have made their homes and families in West Virginia. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys hiking, traveling, and experiencing the arts and local culture.
