Nathalie Oates Holland Director of Impact

Nathalie Oates Holland, originally from Richmond, Virginia, joined Generation WV as Director of Impact in September 2022. She brings nearly a decade of nonprofit fundraising experience to her role.

Nathalie began her Development career at Richmond Ballet, the State Ballet of Virginia, where she served in a variety of positions during her five year tenure, including Grants Specialist during an unprecedented $10 million capital campaign. Over the past several years, Nathalie has worked on fundraising initiatives and special events for the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts, the Children’s Museum of Richmond, and most recently, as Director of Development at the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts (VCCA). She has also served on the Virginia Commission for the Arts Grant Advisory Board.

Nathalie holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Mount Holyoke College, where she graduated cum laude. She has also attended the Summer Publishing Institute at New York University.

Nathalie lives in Greenbrier County, where she enjoys getting to know all that Southern West Virginia has to offer.
