Our team of skilled experts delivers a vast array of professional services to clients across five major markets: architecture, land development, water resources, transportation, and energy.

We are looking for a Water Resources Engineer to work in a Project Engineer capacity in our Charleston, WV, office location. Our Engineers have the opportunity to design projects in cities and municipalities where our designs make an impact.

In this role, you will be asked to:

  • Analyze and design storm drainage systems.
  • Analyze and design stormwater management systems.
  • Develop erosion and sediment control plans.
  • Assist with the development of construction cost estimates.
  • Monitor performance and adherence to plans and specifications during the construction phase. Assist with submittal reviews, requests for information, correspondence, change requests, and change orders.
  • Assist with environmental studies, permitting, alternative analyses, and other technical deliverables
  • Ensure project communication between team members and clients.
  • Assist with presentations to clients, stakeholders, the public and regulatory agencies.

Qualifications may include:

  • BS in Civil Engineering or related Engineering discipline
  • E.I.T. is preferred.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Possess the ability to work independently or collaboratively
  • Occasional travel may be required.
